worst hotel i have ever stayed i had never been to this area before and choose this hotel by what it offered online. I arrived late in the evening and the desk clerk seemed very annoyed by the fact he had to check me in late at night. I was put in a room in the corner and the stairwell cloest to my room was broken and shutdown. the door next to mine looked like someone had tried to break in it and was damaged which did not make me feel safe. Nightmare First room was occupied, second room was filthy. Blood on the comforter, food in the microwave. It was awful. Bed was not stable. I will never stay there again.

Shopping trip stay. This was the worse Extended Stay I have ever been to. Up until this time, I never had any hesitation to book at thing hotel chain. Never again! The rooms were old and dingy. Mold was growing on the shower curtain. The faucet in the tube leaked a steady stream all night. Had to shut the bathroom door to drown out the sound of running water. The "Free Breakfast" was bascially a coffee pot sitting on a counter in the tiny lobby area. Poor experience. Will NEVER recommend to anyone!

I made the reservation for a no-smoking room several weeks in advance. I called to confirm on the day of the reservation. When I checked in I was given a smoking room. When I went to the front desk to get a no-smoking room I was told the one I was given was the only room they had left. I told them that would not work & I wanted a no-smoking room like I had reserved and that I would go somewhere else if they could not honor the reservation. Slight Disappointment My experience was pretty troubling: the shower drain was slow, the shower head barely dripped water, and the water was lukewarm. When I asked that these items be addressed, it took 5 days to have a plumber look at it. When finally the plumber assessed the situation, it took another day to complete the work. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was also lacking.

Had to find a room last minute due to first choice deciding not to honor quoted price. While the room here wasn't awful it could have been cleaner. Bed was quite uncomfortable as well. Was a little over priced for what it is in my opinion.

Dirty The first room we had the bathtub wasn't even drained from the previous stay. When we called the front desk their idea of fixing the problem was getting maintenance in THE NEXT DAY! They finally switched is to a different room, and that room was filthy, the floors were all sticky, trash on the floor, and ants crawling all over.

Experience inside the room was not good. The room was a non-smoking room, but someone had smoked in it and was stinking of cigarettes. There was a cigarette bud in the room, that my 1 year old pulled out from under the chair. The bath-tub was not very clean, and water and dirt started coming out of it when the shower was on. We reported this to the front desk, but lodged a maintenance record, but would service it not until Monday. So, we had to skip shower the next day.
