All Extended Stays are NOT! Created equal The first room that they gave me I did not enter. I could see through the window that the bed was not made s looked as if someone was staying in a hotel the room. The 2nd room there were old wire hangers in the closets, plastic grocery bags in the drawer, and a can of beached beans in the cabinet. The clock radio was not plugged in and had crust of dirt within the levers. The remote would not work, the batteries were stuck in the remote. I turned on the TV on the side on the TV. Just don't bother I never got a chance to stay, my reserved room was given away before my arrival. It was unfortunate to have to find another room at 3 am, after travelling 12 hours. When you give hotels like these a chance despite the previous negative reviews, you think, "No, a bad experience won't happen to me", but if you book here, be forewarned!

Overbooked...They won't refund your money! I arrived at the hotel only to be told that they were overbooked so I had to find another hotel to stay at. I come to find out they still charged me for the hotel stay. I called about the charge on my credit card and I was told that I was a "no-show" so I was billed for it. If I was a "no-show," then I how did I know they were overbooked?????? Since I didn't stay there, I will give them the benefit of the doubt on condition and comfort of the hotel so I gave them an OK rating on tha... read more

One of the worst experiences yet. My room did not have towels or toilet paper and I had to wait another 45 minutes for them to bring them. The latch lock on the door was also broken so the feeling of security wasn't there. Ended up checking out that same day and getting another hotel.

Do not stay here! We reserved a Queen studio with a pull out couch, when we got to the hotel they told us that they upgraded us. We get to the room and it is 2 full size beds not a queen bed. We call and complain and they said they would give us a night free. As we are looking around the kitchen trash from the previous stay was not dumped. We call again to complain, they said they will be right up to get it fixed and gave us another night free. We left went to dinner and came back the trash still was not done.
