When I checked in I told the front desk that I had paid already for the room through Expedia. He said that didn't matter and that he still had to charge me for the room. I tried to show him my receipt and he didn't care to look at it. The shower curtains had mildew and very moldy, hair all over the bed linen and bathroom. I used to work at the front desk and housekeeping for a hotel, I know how hard hair is to get off but they had no care and they need to buy new shower curtains. Overbooked. Never called us. Had to go to another hotel at 11pm when we arrived.

I was put in an upstairs room that was very inconvenient from where I had to park. The place was unkempt inside and out. Trash outside. Cockroaches snide. Toilet had not been cleaned. Part of kitchen floor was oily/not washed. The staff was super. I was glad I only had to stay one night.

The room was full of bugs. It was disgusting. Staff was very rude.

Leaky Air Conditioning The air conditioning in the room was leaking and they had towels piled up under it to control the leak. We asked for another room and supposedly they didn’t have another one we could move to.
