When I arrived to check in I was told I did not have a room they over booked worse hotel and customer service ever !!!!

Hotel was overbooked so we did not get a room. Was assured by travelocity that night we would not be charged. Hotel charged us anyway and over a month later still no refund and hotel falsely claims they never charged me. Travelocity less than helpful in resolving this! I'll never give this hotel another chance. About done with travelocity as well.

The only good thing I can say about my stay here was that the sheets and shower appeared clean. One of the members of the lobby staff was less than professional; the outside of the property had trash and dirty linens lying around. The rubber piece to the bottom of my door was damaged, which was so conspicuous that daylight could be seen through the crack. The bed skirt looked as though it had been through a shredder and the beds were sloppily made. There was no bed spread on the bed, just sheets and a thin, worn out blanket.... read more

Terrible! I had a paid reservation and for two weekends in a row my reserve, paid for room, was given to someone else. I travel often and have never experienced this kind of service. I will never stay or reserve a room a room here ever again.

Trash outside everywhere- beer cans- nasty cigarette butts in a supposed non smoking hotel- cigarette burns on floor and counters- tooth paste with dark hair in bathroom sink- and finally roaches- so done

Back mold over most of the grout in the shower. Anyone who would use that shower has no concept of hygiene. I wondered why my sleeve was wet after using the kitchen faucet. The faucet stem was in such bad shape that is had many small sprays coming through pin-holes along its length. Sheets seemed clean an I was tired. I’d post pictures but Expedia doesn’t let one do that.
