Do not stay here!! One of the worst hotels i have every stayed in. No air conditioning, dirty towels and a used wash cloth from previous guest. Hair and other stuff on mirror, found a needle in the cabinet by the trash can. The guy and girl at the front desk had no cares in the world. Told me the hotel was overbooked and i could go somewhere else.

Do not recommend First room we were assigned smelled like mildew and the carpet was soaking wet. Went back to lobby and given different room. Daylight shining through cracks in the door…did not seal well. Filthy tub. Gum-type substance filled in the peep-hole. Ants on the nightstand and table.

Bed was dirty as if someone was using the room or wasn’t clean before me . Dog hair all over the blankets had to wait till 1am for clean blankets . Been to cleaner jails.

I never stayed at Extended Stay America (ESA)! It was overbooked and I was turned back from the office in the middle of the night. I talked to Expedia's cutomer service representative and she said she talked to ESA and had my reservation cancelled. Apparently she lied and my card was charged. I am having so much trouble right now getting my money back! After the card charged I talked to Expedia's customer service representative again but again she was more clueless than a toddler over the phone. Had a terrible experience wit... read more

Not a first choice place to stay We will not stay here again unless it os the only abalible place! Looks nice from the outside. My toilet leaked water on the floor from the water valve. Called front desk and was told someone would be over to look at it. Next morning again I told the office it was leaking and was told it would be looked at. As we were out for the morning someone came in and shut the water off to the toilet. The toilet didn’t flush and the drain didn’t drain as well, when we showered. Gross.
