Awful Accommodations; stay away! Worst experience. We arrived to check in during the early evening hours. There was another gentleman waiting the the office area to also check in. He indicated that he had been waiting for 15 minutes for someone to show up behind the desk to check him in. There was a sign to dial 4 on the phone outside the office building for assistance. Don't book here Traveling with my children and get to the hotel and they tell me that they are all booked up. I had already paid for my room. The receptionist was facing someone and started that that she was going to unbook the john doe reservations, so they had rooms with no one in them and couldn't not give me my room that I prepaid for. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional

Took two hrs to get a room. 1st 2 were not made up. Terrible service, filthy grounds.

We walked in the room and it was dirty with someone elses clothes in the room and cockroaches in the bathroom. We asked for more bedding to change from the gross ones they had on there and they only brought up one set
