The first slick road of the winter and cars going off the road everywhere so we were stressed when we arrived at about 2 when check in wasn't until 3 but no problem, we checked in and then met daughter and granddaughter for the lunch we missed. couldn't ask for a better stay, the motel daughter and granddaughter stayed at where they had paid extra for swimming pool that was closed, towels missing that were to be delivered never arrived, etc. was not so nice. The first room I was given the roomed smelled like molded or bad body order the Tv was fuzzy and cable connection was very poor I did ask the first guest guy for air freshener he switched us to a new room the free breakfast was just store bought muffins granola bar and coffee sad for paying $80 a night for a room I was just disappointed I should only be charged $40 for this hotel I won’t stay again

There were some people who stayed next door and were extremely loud from 1-3am when we contacted the front desk twice the lady acted annoyed about it and they didn’t seem to care that they were keeping us awake. The other staff we interacted with were nice but seemed understaffed to keep up with the amount of people that stayed there.
