Very unsatisfied!!! Killing roaches is not what i had in mind to be doing while staying here!!! Floors were sooo dirty and sticky, toilet seat was loose and pinched my thigh when i first sat down! And they would not accommodate me with another stay for free! Horrible service!

This property is absolutely disgusting. We booked for an extended weekend stay & did not stay longer than 15 minutes. First, the entire lower level smelled of marijuana. The second level smelled like animal pee. We didn’t experience the 3rd & at this rate we’re quite thankful for that. When we got to our room our door key wouldn’t work. The front desk agent tried to reprogram our key 3 times & our door would only open with the master key. Waited around 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk (who was admittedly, extremely helpful), when we finally got to our room, there was an employee sleeping on one of the beds. We were moved to a different, uncleaned room, which had previous guests left over food in one drawer, stained moldy carpet (which they are apparently redoing), and a barely functional shower. Charged for the full deposit for no reason?

Nothing and the fact that it was a $200 deposit was not disclose on the booking site is wrong. And when i got there they wanted a fee for early check in did not stay there and was hit with a $87 cancelling fee. Wicch is not far.

Worst smells, worst stay One of the worst smelling hotel that I have stayed at. The lobby and hallway smell of marijuana. Room had a stench that I can’t even describe. Carpets are all stained. I did not want to take my shoes off in the room and especially not in the hallway. The outside grounds were full of cigarettes butts and trash. Needs repaired at this hotel The room was unclean. Floor was thoroughly vacuum. The headboard was broken. Also got stuck in the elevator along with my family for over 30 minutes, the fire department had to come and get us out of the hot elevator

The absolute WORST pillows in any hotel in my entire life. Check in was extremely slow because of computer problems. I do not recommend.
