Worst experience ever! Apparently these people forgot what type of business they are in! Wow! My reservation was paid for in advance but my room was in such poor sanitary condition I was asked to leave or they would call the authorities! Why? Because I asked the dirty floor be cleaned!! Hello covid-19 much?!?!

Con Artists, Don’t give them your $$ We didn’t end up staying here because our reservation was somehow “lost.” When we walked in the door, we stood around for several minutes before I finally said “hello” and a guy who was well within earshot walked out to check on us. Before I even gave him my name he said “we don’t have any doubles left.” “I have a reservation for a double” I told him in response. I gave him my name and he proceeded to tell me, in an extremely uncaring manner, that he had no record of a reservation for me.... read more

Disgusted There were cockroaches in my room, it was filthy with stuff splattered all over the walls, ceiling and table. The microwave was disgusting. The floor was filthy. There was hair in the shower, and dust everywhere. They also couldn’t even supply a plate or fork. Breakfast was just coffee which ran out in the first 90 mins. It couldn’t have been worse

Not worth the price of admission The outside of the property was dirty, literally bags of trash at the sides of the exterior entrance closest to our room. The room smelled like it was a smoking room even though it wasn’t. There was half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, no extra. There was only 4 plastic cups and nothing else in the kitchenette area and the side of the refrigerator next to the stove hasn’t been wiped down never mind cleaned in forever! Well a man was shot and killed across the hall during the stay. Not pleasant at all.
