First the only thing the clerk at the counter cared about was the $100 deposit…otherwise this guy could give a rat’s ass about anything else …he was completely useless! 2nd bigger issue the room was clean, however there were no mattress pads and no blankets/bedspreads on the bed. 3rd the whole first floor smelled of cigarette smoke. 4th…no ice available, no disposable cups. 5th the exterior trash cans were completely overflowing with cigarette butts all over the place by the rea door…I have pictures! The only thing missing was bed bugs. Hotel was filthy. When reserving room it said breakfast included there was no breakfast. Sheets were dirty and had a pee stain. Awful smell throughout building and room. Temp regulation did not work. Freezing most of the night, turned up a degree and room was comparable to the Amazon. Carpet looked like it was dragged behind a bus for a hundred miles, followed by a bloody crime scene. Toilet ran all night. Even the best deal in town wouldn’t attract me back to this pit.

Upon arriving the lobby smelled like cigarette smoke. Upon entering the room, the sheets were dirty, there was trash in the bathroom and there was some sort of particulate matter stuck to the bathroom door. There was a thin blanket on the bed in January in 7 degree weather and there were 4 flat pillows on the bed. There was a table next to the bed with 4 wobbly legs that looked like it would collapse if you set anything on it. I was also told there were problems with the side door not working properly. Very disappointed This hotel has changed drastically. It is definitely going down hill fast. Very filthy and in terrible repair.
