Smelled bad super dirty I stayed for 10mins and left I do not recommend

Where to start??, Checked in and asked for print out of rules since a 200 deposit was required,was told there wasn't one and it was to cover calls and pets, room smelled and look as someone just left and no housekeeping. Walls, toilet, kitchen ect.dirty. Checked out and received rules printed that I was told I should had received at check in. At check out young lady took all pictures and comments to report and apologized, she was GREAT!

TERRIBLE SLEEP THE GENTLEMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS GREAT, THE STAY WAS VERY UNCOMORTABLE, I DID NOT KNOW ABOUT THE 200. DEPOSIT UNTIL THE CHECK IN I HAD ACTUALLY CHAT VIA TEXT WITH YOU ALL AND IT DO NOT SHOW THAT ON THE WEBSITE THE BED WAS HORRIBLE NO SLEEP IT WAS ONLY ONE PILLOW THE CLERK MANAGE TO FIND US ANOTHER PILLOW, I WILL NOT BE BACK.

The bed had dirty sheets on it the floors has not been swept and girl working the front desk was the only staff in the building.

On the outside the property looks decent but the inside is definitely not the same! My room had bad stains in the carpet, the refrigerator was nasty, there were roaches in the room!! Oh my God!! I came out of my room and there were large piles if dog poop in the walking area and it was totally disgusting!! The hallways smelled like urine! It was very upsetting and a awful experience! The didnt even try to offer me a refund for the awful experience!! I also showed the assistant manager David the pictures!!

I rented two rooms and they charged me a $200 deposit for each one, that was last week, today is Monday and I still haven't received my money back, there is no coffee maker in the room, I stayed for two days and they didn't bring me clean towels I went to Ask the reception and the girl said that I had to bring her the dirty ones so that she would give me clean ones, I asked why they had not been changed and she said that only if I was there for a week would they change my towels,
