The building is in serious need of updating. I also found it unprofessional of the hotel manager to be reprimanding a housekeeper in front of me while he was checking me out at the front desk.

This is my place of choice to stay when I come to Knoxville. Prices are comparable with others but the amenities are better here. Rooms are VERY comfortable and update. Always have great experience here
