Hot room! Every thing was good about the hotel except that the room was not cool enough. There was issues with the air condition, which made the room hot. We had the setting on 60 and it still did not cool off the room. There was no other rooms available- so I had to open the window for the night. It was very miserable- trying to sleep. The night receptionist was aware that the night before another family had the same complaint but the problem was not fixed. The manager did give me a compliment night stay. Good hotel Clean, nicely remodeled rooms. Only down side is no elevator and no true "first floor" rooms. Major design flaw for whomever designed this hotel. No matter what room you're in you have to carry your items up or down stairs.

Excellent Hotel in a great location. Staff was very accomodating and friendly and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The deluxe suite is amazing. Security of parking lot is bad as someone stole items out of my car and hotel had no security in parking area at all.
