disappointing stay Not very happy with location and disappointed with the amenties not convenient in getting around the hotel

Was traveling on a road trip and needed to bed down for the night. The staff was nice. There were areas that could have been cleaner, but I have stayed in worse and I’m particular. General property could use some upgrading. My main concern is that the property isn’t ADA friendly. There are stairs in the lobby leading to rooms and no lift for those who may need extra assistance.

Outdated/bed hard Outdated hotel but it’s clean and staff nice, no elevator and quite a few stars. I would not recommend needs lots of updating. You get what you pay for.

Convenient for overnight Good location and close to the interstate. The price is right and it’s a solid stay.

Wonderful staff. The hotel laundry room needs some updating. The dyers were not working properly. The first time I put my laundry in and it would have took 45 minutes to dry. I go back down and my clothes were still wet as they came out of washer. I get the front desk worker to come and see about the dryer he did refund my money. I put the clothes in other dryer and 45 minuets later same thing. I just took my clothes and hung up on room. The air in room didn’t work very good.
