Room was clean but bathroom is small and outdated. Shower floor creaks loudly and shower pressure isnt very good. TV channels were very limited also. Front desk employees are very nice and helpful.
Affordable, clean stay near U. of Tennessee The hotel was clean and quiet. Everything was in good shape. The hotel was located very conveniently near the University of Tennessee. You can literally get on to Piketon Ave. and go straight to the university in less than ten minutes. Very convenient! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Great staff, but some issues I went to Knoxville for a business trip, and this hotel was inexpensive and involved only a short drive to central Knoxville. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, this is an older property which appears to have had some water damage at some point; no matter how well-cleaned it was, there were some lingering stains on the carpets, slight odor, etc. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was a flat screen TV and kitchenette. Economy hotel This hotel is priced correctly for the rooms. You will not get any amenities that you expect from a 4 star hotel. Went there for the weekend to watch the Missouri Tennessee football game. The room fit my husband, me, 2 yr old in a pack n play, and my mom in the hide-a-bed. No frills but does the job.
Get away. Very friendly staff, clean room ... great location just off interstate 40.
Walmart/restraunts were close by that made hotel The reservation was smooth and my stay at the hotel was great. The staff and the condition of the room was excellant. I woud stay again.
