Comfortable lodging We used this hotel for lodging during a family gathering of several days' duration centered at a home nearby. It was comfortable, clean, and quiet and the staff was cheerful and helpful. I missed having a quiet place to read or write located elsewhere in the hotel besides our room. There were soap and towels, iron and ironing board, and enough cooking utensils, etc. But few other amenities, such as a hair dryer and shampoo, were provided. Near family and friends This extended stay is very convenient and the people there are very nice. They had my reservation information ready when I got there. I got fooled with the pictures of the deluxe room. It is not that upgraded and the picture that looks like a duvet with a band of fabric is just a bedspread. I like the duvet with all clean sheets.

Room was clean but bathroom is small and outdated. Shower floor creaks loudly and shower pressure isnt very good. TV channels were very limited also. Front desk employees are very nice and helpful.

Affordable, clean stay near U. of Tennessee The hotel was clean and quiet. Everything was in good shape. The hotel was located very conveniently near the University of Tennessee. You can literally get on to Piketon Ave. and go straight to the university in less than ten minutes. Very convenient! Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great staff, but some issues I went to Knoxville for a business trip, and this hotel was inexpensive and involved only a short drive to central Knoxville. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, this is an older property which appears to have had some water damage at some point; no matter how well-cleaned it was, there were some lingering stains on the carpets, slight odor, etc. The bed was fairly comfortable and there was a flat screen TV and kitchenette.
