Extended Stay America Knoxville - West Hills Clean room, convenient location- close to nice restaurants and the University of Tennessee. Easy check in and check out. No problems what-so-ever. Will definitely stay there again.
Ext Stay - Knoxvile - Ick The Cigarette Smell Extended Stay in Knoxville offers good value and is well located (you can even walk to Target and Starbucks, if you like to walk) but the whole place stinks of cigarettes. The stench permeates the lobby, it permeated my no-smoking room, it permeated my no-smoking room's mattress. If this bothers you, don't stay here. If you can live with it, the hotel offers good value, the rooms are otherwise clean and well-maintained, and the lobby staff are friendly and competent.
