Mostly ok, card key system demagnetizes easily Card key will become inoperative if put near a credit card or cell phone causing you to become locked out of your room. Then you must wait on long haired kid to make his way back down to main desk.

Very Easy access to all freeway and interstates The staff at the hotel was very professonial and friendly, the pool was very clean, it was very easy to find resturants and stores close b;y and the area seem very safe.

I planed to stay in this hotel chain when I travels. I usually stay at this hotel when I visit my friend in Knoxville. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel is cleaned. The price is very reasonable. The mall and restaurants are in walking distant.

Extended Stay America, Knoxville West Hills We were very pleased with the accomodations and price we received. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The computer system at check-in was a little slow. Wake Up Call service is not offered, and we use this service often as we travel. This was the only negative of our stay, however. Hotel staff supplied everything we needed and was very helpful with offering directions to are restaurants when we asked. Thumbs up to this hotel.

Extended Stay America Knoxville - West Hills Was charged for internet access separate from fee charged by Hotels.com.

Extended Stay America Knoxville - West Hills Clean room, convenient location- close to nice restaurants and the University of Tennessee. Easy check in and check out. No problems what-so-ever. Will definitely stay there again.

Could not modify reservation to leave early During our stay at this hotel, we decided to go home a couple days early. As we found out from the clerk, it would be up to hotels.com to give us a refund for the last two nights of our stay (for which we were no longer staying). He gave me the 1-800 number to call. Come to find out hotels.com conveniently blames it on the hotel--stating in the fine print that "the property does not give refunds once the stay has begun".
