Ext Stay - Knoxvile - Ick The Cigarette Smell Extended Stay in Knoxville offers good value and is well located (you can even walk to Target and Starbucks, if you like to walk) but the whole place stinks of cigarettes. The stench permeates the lobby, it permeated my no-smoking room, it permeated my no-smoking room's mattress. If this bothers you, don't stay here. If you can live with it, the hotel offers good value, the rooms are otherwise clean and well-maintained, and the lobby staff are friendly and competent.
Good, but... The manager Monday night was very nice and helpful. My only problem was when I checked out; a different manager could not print me out a receipt.
