Great room for the money Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly at check-in and throught our stay. The location of the hotel is very close to shopping and easy to comute to the University of Tennessee. The rooms were clean and what you would expect for a hotel at this price. Overall I would say this hotel is a very good value for the money.

Highly Recommend The shower head needed to be cleaned & there was no hairdryer. But other than that, I was very impressed. Usually when I stay at a hotel for this price, I get what I pay for. With this Extended Stay, you get a lot more for your money. It was like having my own apartment. It was definately worth the money.

Upon check-in I learned there were no elevators so I had to carry my heavy suitcases upstairs. This property does not meet ADA standards. There is a heavy smell of marijuana in the hallways and the first room that I was assigned the smell got so bad in there that I had to change rooms and still place a towel under the door to prevent other smells from entering my room. Could hear a lot of people fighting on friday night, some intoxicated other people around, messed with sleep. Room is moderate to low quality, but not too bad considering the price.

I saw an accurate review too late. Had I not paid in advance, I would have hi tailed it out. Tons of smoke in the lobby and it got worse headed to the room. Our room initially smelled of paint, which I thought was a blessing. The smoke overpowered that paint in a hurry. Towels were either just folded again after animal bathing, or just naturally hairy. Fights in the corridors, smells like pee and cleaning solution. Mattresses are rough.
