Like sleeping in a kennel If you love animals this is your place. Have stayed in "pet friendly" hotels but nothing like this. Almost ever other room had animals, and loud animals. Constant barking. Room was switched and accommodated us with that after I had to indicate, they will switch our rooms or move the dogs out! Originally booked at Extended Stay America Knoxville - West Hills but they moved our two rooms to ESA Cedar Bluff due to overbooking. Our room was supposed to be the same as the West Hills reservation but it was two twin beds, not a queen size bed. The employee that works the front desk, Danielle, was very accommodating and turned our twin beds into a king which was satisfactory for us. I checked in and when I turned on the light the kitchen area walls and fridge had cockroaches crawling all over. I told the manager I could not stay there and stayed at Comfort Inn down the street.

The staff constantly think you doing something illegal and it's a non smoking rooms so you go out to smoke and talk to someone they automatically think u dealing drugs . They accused my boyfriend of this after we where in our room for one day and made us leave with a four year old child. It's quite upsetting that you can get a room and try to enjoy your neighbors in motel without getting accused of trafficking drugs in and out your room. When we just cooked dinner for our friends.!!! Roaches and other bugs in the bathroom made me wish it wasn’t too late at night to leave. Then woke up with sore ribs from the bed springs or coils digging into them because the mattress was so terrible. It was cheap so guess that’s what you gotta go through. Told hotel staff and they acted like they didn’t care

Not good! The room was nasty dirty! The television remote still had barbecue sauce (or something) on it, there were no trash cans in the room, and the floor was sticky.
