The shower in our room didnt work we have medical Procedure that moring n not having a shower wasn't a good thing

The place seemed worse for wear, not well maintained. I could clearly hear neighbors talking in their rooms. There was no coffee maker; what kind of extended stay hotel does not have coffee makers in the room. Coffee in the lobby was not available until 6am, long after I needed to be on the job site. I had prepaid for 2 nights (with free cancellation up to 6pm the day of arrival). I told the clerk (Paula) when I checked in that I did not need the second night and would like a refund. Would not recommend. The room we went to had not been cleaned since previous person checked out. Called office and was brought keys for two single bed rooms instead of the double room I had booked. The key cards don't work well. Had to swipe up to 10 times for it to let me in. They say not to let it get close to your phone. Was told even walking past someone with a cellphone can deactivate the card. Woman sitting in parking lot talking on her phone actually got out of her car and peed in the parking lot beside her car. over priced for the conditions No coffee in the rooms, not cups too drink in the rooms, no ice on the property, was told by office staff to make our own with the ice trays in the freezer, which were empty and we were leaving in the morning. Breakfast was either oatmeal or a small muffin, building has many maintenance issues, bathroom door has paint peeling and rust, etc.

Terrible - No thank you..... This hotel experience was incredibly disappointing. The room/floor was dirty when I arrived. I had a minimal set of towels when I arrived. I had to make multiple trips to the office to request dishes, glasses and a hairdryer. I didn't realize there wasn't daily room service/towel refreshing when I booked. I was given a room that faced the elevators and actually had no view so I couldn't ever open the window curtains. The furniture in the room was old and falling apart and lights didn't work.
