It should've been a bigger hint when I pulled into the parking area and hit a huge pot hole nearly damagaing my rental cars tire,and went to the desk to be greeted with a friendly "what do you need" When i said I needed to be checked in, the intelligence-free desk attendant had NO idea how to check me in, she had to call her twin sister in order to get me checked in. Horrible experience! Don't stay there. The room was dusty and dirty. I don't think they clean the rooms very often. there was spider webs behind the toilet. Bed sheets smelled like homeless people slept in the bed. We did not have any choice because other good hotels in town were all booked due to horse racings. I would not recommend anyone to stay this place.

The place seemed worse for wear, not well maintained. I could clearly hear neighbors talking in their rooms. There was no coffee maker; what kind of extended stay hotel does not have coffee makers in the room. Coffee in the lobby was not available until 6am, long after I needed to be on the job site. Would not recommend. The room we went to had not been cleaned since previous person checked out. Called office and was brought keys for two single bed rooms instead of the double room I had booked. The key cards don't work well. Had to swipe up to 10 times for it to let me in. They say not to let it get close to your phone. Was told even walking past someone with a cellphone can deactivate the card. Woman sitting in parking lot talking on her phone actually got out of her car and peed in the parking lot beside her car.
