Room dirty. Hair in the sink. No hand sanitizer in the office. Totally dirty. I went to the office and told them the sink was dirty. She told me she will try to find a clean room for me Left the place and booked in another hotel. I told her I will needed to cancel. She told me ok canceled with Expedia. As of today unable to contact Expedia. On hold for more than an hour and then phone disconnected several times

Nope The check in was ok. After that it was downhill. We actually ended up leaving after taking a shower. We had an event to go to shortly after arriving. The room was small and cramped. The bathroom had others hair and small trash on the floor. I assumed there would be a hair dryer but there wasn’t. Sent the hubby to go buy one. The towels had lots of brown stains on them as well. Our room was filthy, dirty and disgusting. I will never book with extended stay again. I travel often. Im truly disappointed.
