Not the best place…look for another property. For the price of the room this place should have been in better condition. We were very dissatisfied in the condition of the room and property. The room was musty and smoky smelling. The bed linens had holes and the batch towels have been used so much that that were work through. The room did not feel clean and everything needs to be replaced…to used. It also did not feel safe as there were people smoking outside and not just cigarettes and they were riding little dirt bikes arou... read more

Called 30 days ahead of time to check for accommodations for my disabled companion property management assured me they would accommodate us. They didnt, put us on 3rd floor w no disabled room. Then we get in the room and the beds are crawling w bedbugs. They switched us to 3 other rooms all infested w bedbugs. Place was filthy. We caught covid. Place should be removed from orbitz. Also they are non refundable bc they know how disgusting the place is. Literally worst extended stay ive ever seen. Do NOT stay there.

I HATE when I feel like, "Damn, the pictures got me!" This hotel is raggedy! You just just put 1star no frills and no pictures so all will know not to expect vending facilities! Not to expect internet access! Not to expect to sleep on Sunday morning because of a freaking firm alarm! Now, the strengths of the stay was the staff! They know this place is raggedy and work overtime to accommodate your every reasonable request (dishes, toothpaste, etc). Room smelled strongly of cigarettes, burns in carpets. Garbage under the bed. Tenants lingered outside throughout the night. No soap provided, not even hand soap.

Absolutely aweful. Some random guy smoking a blunt right by lobby, after getting settled in room, go to take shower, the nob pulls up but no water comes out shower head. Broken. Had to use a wash cloth and bathe in the sink. Horrible. Little bug how’s running across floor. Half outlets didn’t work, our neighbor was blaring music until 4am. I will never stay here again. Worst experience
