I didn’t stay it was absolutely just filthy feeling. Very very dirty the staff was not friendly at all complained about having to make keys for guests. Roaches on the floor it was the worst room I’ve actually ever seen

We had bedbugs in both of our beds. Property would not give us a refund. Don’t ever stay here!

The poor front desk person was sooo busy and alone… Said she was sick but they are short of staff so she had to come in. Apologized. Then when she was finally able to register us and we went to our room, we were greeted by the most noxious odor. We knew there was no way we could sleep in that room. She told us we would get a refund but we never did. Can Expedia help us get our money back as we never stayed in the room

DONT BOOK HERE I had booked this hotel and I should have read all of the reviews before booking. We pull up and notice a handful of homeless people hanging out in the parking lot. Which wouldnt be an issue however we noticed when getting out of our car that the place was used for permanent living for a lot of the rooms. All of the full time residents were all hanging outside smoking a wide range of stuff, drinking and partying.
