Terrifying horrendous dirty unsanitary unsafe mini drug house
We actually has a soiled mattress pad we did not see until the morning. We also had unwrapped cups that left us with one cup to use. Staff was pleasant and we checked in very late but room was held.

When I got to property office to check in after reservation was made a few hours ago there wasn’t any room available!!! Not happy about that at all!! Hotel should have notified Travelocity as soon as there were none available I had already paid for room too and now have to wait 7 days for my bank to release the funds back into my account Travelocity refunded immediately!!!
Non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Large gap under room door. Police there constantly.

Absolutely filthy. Feet were black after just a few minutes of walking barefoot on carpet. People were fighting in the parking lot. Dreadful experience.

Not a maintained property ,to find the parking is a headache

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE First, they told us we didn’t even have the 4 rooms we booked and they only had 1 and that we should all check in to that room and then check back at 7am for more availability!!! Finally when I actually figured it out and we had the rooms the attendant couldn’t even tell us where our rooms were. She said it’s really hard... if you’re still out there looking for your rooms when I’m done checking in the next guests she would help us look for them.
