The water had good pressure for a shower and the towels were clean. That is where the cleaniness ended.

Room was comfortable Room was fine. No dishes in the hotel at all. Bed sheets and pillow covers were not clean enough. It was loud at night. Breakfast was poor: Just coffee and granola bars. We just had to spend the night somewhere and out exploring Kentucky places....

Rooms are small. Looked clean, but didn't feel clean. Refrigerator had an odor, took my wife's word and didn't investigate myself. Room had a strong odor of cleaner and was not pleasing. Ended up leaving and not using this booking. The front desk staff was accommodating, offered us another room, but we chose to take the refund and move on.

It's sad when there's so much funk at a hotel that you smell it every where you go. The elevator smelled like a mix of sweat, butt crack, and pot. I was there for 3 nights and only saw anyone from the cleaning crew once, and that was on my last night when I made it back there from working all day (and that was a 2 hour travel time between each place one way). Stains on the floor, the AC filter's haven't been cleaned since they were installed I believe because of the inch of crud on the outside. Because of this the room was a... read more

Staff was rude, hotel room floor was sticky, sheets had huge stains on them, bed was very uncomfortable

Rooms are not clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were no wash clothes in the bathroom and the dresser drawers were filthy. Blanket on bed had cigarette burns in it.

Forensic Files We paid for a Queen Bed. We were provided a double bed.. not even a full size bed. My husbands feet was hanging off of the bed. There was no ice in the freezer so he asked where the ice machine was. The lady at the desk was most helpful and said she had been asking for one for five years... so no ice. The worst part about the stay was I was fully expecting an episode of Forensic Files to film. I am not a morning person but I can tell you this girl was ready to "get out" by 7:30 a.m.
