The carpet smelled bad and gave the whole room an odor that was not pleasing. There roaches and spiders in the shower. We were so disgusted we tried not to touch anything. We would have have just left but it was a big weekend in Lexington and there were few rooms to be had. Will not be going back.

Staff was less than helpful. Room was entered while out and door left open but staff didnt care. The grand and go breakfast had a couple of granola bars and cold coffee.

Old scratched furniture, stained carpet, dirty recliner, no blow dryer, no housekeeping. I stayed 2 nights out of 4. When my son saw what the place looked like, he made me leave and stay at his house. My request for a refund for the last 2 nights to stay at my son’s, was denied. Please take this place off your website. I’m not looking forward to booking any more hotels with Expedia. I’d appreciate it if you would check into my concerns, and try to get me a refund for those last 2 nights.

This property was dirty, not well maintained and has a definite plumbing problem. Our toilet wouldn’t flush after numerous plunging tries by the staff member. We can to learn that others had the same problem in their unit. There was a smell in the room that we think might have been mold. Not a pleasant experience. Couldn’t wait to check out. The staff member, Mary, was helpful but that couldn’t make up for the horrid conditions of this place. Would not recommend!

I was upset to come to a hotel with a dirty bathroom.

We stayed here for an quick over night stay. Staff at desk on check in was nice, upon check out no good morning or thank you. Room was sub-par. Very small, outdated, hard beds, flat pillows and old kitchenette and bathroom. Very thin walls, you can hear everything going on in the other rooms. All night screaming and parting in adjacent room. No sleep, actually felt a little unsafe. We do have this same hotel booked for my sons graduation with family and we will be cancelling this. I would not recommend.
