Sub-standard Living The check-in wasn't very clear, a new trainee learning the steps; for the location of our room and parking. The room had a stuffy smell and the bathroom sink was dirty with a visible water ring and there wasn't an exhaust fan. The bed sheets looked and felt dirty, "maybe too old was the comment at the front desk". The room key card didn't work well. The place is an absolute dump and they more than double the price for keeneland. The door locks don’t work well on that they look jimmied several times. I found a big in the pillow. The floor was sticky, the drawers look like they were in a fight so bear up and chunks of wood out of them. And the sheets looked stained. I went out and bought a blanket of my own to be honest. Dirty & bugs Staff was nice but room was disgusting. There was bug droppings and a big stain on the sheets. Regardless to say, we didn't stay.

I do not recommend staying at this place. It is completely outdated, run down and filthy. After checking in I went to the store and bought a can of Lysol so I could spray the door knobs, light switches, counters and tables before setting anything down or touching anything.

Terrible experience The person at the front desk Simone was terrible. Made something simple as the check in uncomfortable. She was disrespectful. The place has flies, it was dirty.the wifi doesn’t envenena connect. By far the worse hotel I ever stay.
