we didnt have hot water on one of the days and the ac would make a very loud scraping sound everytime it started. staff went around testing fire alarms around 10am which is whatever but failed to let guest know so for about an hour and a half the fire alarms would go off every 20-30 seconds. definitely would not recommend this place

A complete dump! No shower curtain! Sticky damp carpet! Gum stuck to the rug and wall. Paid over $200 because the me was a festival in town and this place was as disgusting. They did nothing when I asked for a shower curtain. They seemed confused by my request for cups and toothpaste! This place should not be in business

Constant slamming of doors all throughout the night. Dirty towels. Rude staff at check in.

The furniture needs replaced and the room had spider webs along the ceiling. We found a spider in the bed.

Not good. It was very unsanitary. We had to clean the tub because there was grime on it when we rinsed it. There was something on the sheet. We went to the clerk office and he just gave us new sheets and said there were no more rooms. When we we were going out there was trash some what near our room and every time we walked past it, it had a horrible smell and it wasn’t gone until the next morning. There was still food in the microwave and the freezer smelled bad.

Meh. The staff was great. The room is a non smoking room which clearly was not the case. Burn marks on the sink and the smell of smoke was apparent. The neighbors did not start arguing until about 2:30am and liked using their speaker phone outside my window. Everyone let their doors slam with no regard for noise and others. The hotel is literally right off the highway and the sound of vehicles can be heard all night as well. Ok for one night but not any more.
