The first room they assigned us was smelt like wet dog and stale cigarettes. The second room we ended up staying in was not cleaned there was dirt on the floor, blood on the side of the toilet. Its suppose to he a smoke free facility and constantly it smelt like cigarettes and marijuana coming through the pipes the entire time we were there. We had two rooms booked. One room was clean, the other was smoked in. The closing manager started we would not be charged for the room. I checked out in the morning and was told I would only get a partial refund because we stayed the night. They have a policy that if you smoke in a room there is a $250 cleaning fee.

There was only one towel in the room. No wash cloth and only one towel for the both of us to use was not happy

Although convenient to area I was visiting, the non-smoking room reeked of cigarette smoke and was very poorly kept-up.

Refused to stay after seeing the condition of the room with bugs in it. There were also several shady looking men hanging out outside the property. Didn’t feel safe at all.

They said they had free breakfast every day beginning at 6am. I went there at 6am and there was 1 single packet of oatmeal. That’s all. Nothing else. Just 1. While I was getting my stuff together so I could check out at 11, at exactly 10:58 someone from the office came knocking and I was getting dressed so I walked to the door and said I would be leaving in just a moment.
