Dirty rooms. Falling apart furniture. Horrible customer service. We left after a night because the TVs wouldn’t work and we were disappointed and disgusted with the state of the room. Maintenance said they would fix the problem and after waiting half an hour my fiancé went to ask what was going on and they lied to him saying they had come up and attempted to assist. They were lazy. The hotel was gross. Stay anywhere else in the area, just not here. It’s nothing like the photos.

Unsatisfied/ Unsafe Environment I stayed here as a traveler working at a local hospital, the room was disgusting, smelled like smoke, there was trash still in the room even when we first arrived, the bed had cigarette burns on the comforter even though the room was non-smoking, some stranger started banging on the door screaming to be let in at 04:30 am when I was sleeping alone in an unfamiliar place. Cold shoulder The heater/AC did not work no hot water bathroom sink. Shower had hot water but it had leak after done with shower.

This hotel is absolutely terrible! Worst part is hospitals in the area suggest it for families staying in the area. As soon as you pull in you instantly feel like you’ve made a mistake. Our room smell like wet dog rolled in baby powder. There was scratches on the wall and furniture from where they allow pets. The bed had a stain that I wasn’t sure if it was blood or pop. The fridge drawers has food residue in the bottom. The icing on the cake was the hairs in the shower.

It was half clean and the old smells from the carpet and drapes. And also, it had a creepy feel to it

Won’t Star Ever The only reason we stayed is bc of Richard he was only good thing there and he worked hard and was the most politest thing ! Couldnt check in early yet there were TONS OF OPEN ROOMS the room was yyyyyABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND SMEgLLED AND JUST OUT DATED phone didn’t work had to use cellphone to tell desk how awful and much it wasn’t right
