The furniture needs replaced and the room had spider webs along the ceiling. We found a spider in the bed.

Not good. It was very unsanitary. We had to clean the tub because there was grime on it when we rinsed it. There was something on the sheet. We went to the clerk office and he just gave us new sheets and said there were no more rooms. When we we were going out there was trash some what near our room and every time we walked past it, it had a horrible smell and it wasn’t gone until the next morning. There was still food in the microwave and the freezer smelled bad.

Meh. The staff was great. The room is a non smoking room which clearly was not the case. Burn marks on the sink and the smell of smoke was apparent. The neighbors did not start arguing until about 2:30am and liked using their speaker phone outside my window. Everyone let their doors slam with no regard for noise and others. The hotel is literally right off the highway and the sound of vehicles can be heard all night as well. Ok for one night but not any more.

Worst management experience ever. Very rude. Asked for paperwork on service dog then called the police to remove me from the property with no reason and couldn’t even tell me a reason.

At check in the lady at the desk was extremely nice and informative. Then in comes higher personnel and requested paperwork for my service dog. I explained that I didn’t have it on hand and that I could get it faxed or emailed and she proceeded with attitude. From that point until yesterday attitude persisted. Yesterday after the room was paid 2 times and cancelled by her 2 times and she said nothing she waiting h til she got off and has the clerk tell me to vacate the premises.
