They gave my room away then Hotels.com could not get me in another hotel. They kept me on hold for over a hour

not ADA compliant Hotel is not ADA compliant, no elevators for this 3 floor hotel, noisy rooms, you can hear people walking in hallway and stairs, sock under my bed, check out clerk Didn’t come to window, had deal with her via lobby phone.

Well first off the staff walked in my room while i was in here. The refrigerator didnt work. It didnt gave the channels on tv as advertised and cleanliness of the hotel was not as was expected.

Nothing smelled of smoke . No view no food. Must have the time nternet to get wifi

Un horror, y carísimo. La peor relación calida precio. Es un despropósito haber pagado 120 dolares diarios por esto. Sin desayuno, sin limpieza ni cambio de toallas, Un papelón de Hoteles.com que no debería ofrecer algo así. Hemos pensado seriamente en cambiarnos a otro sitio web de reservaciones. Este lugar nos ha hecho perder la confianza que soliamos tener en Hoteles.com.

Kicked out of good reservation and still billed! I confirmed my reservation the day I was staying with the local hotel which they confirmed since I let them know I would be checking in late. I was given a call later that evening by the local hotel to inform me that since the local extended stay hotel overbooked, they resorted to first come first served even though I booked many months ago AND reconfirmed that day since I knew I would be arriving late. If you enjoy sleeping on concrete beds I highly recommend this hotel! Otherwise run! I paid for two days got a refund for my second day worst nights sleep I’ve ever had. I would’ve been better off sleeping on the top of my car.

No sufficient and variety of breakfast. No hair dryer.
