No elevators except for outside which is useless in a 3 store building with step at different levels

Our first night was ok, I booked a room for the weekend. We only stayed for one night, I doubt I’ll get a refund for the nights we didn’t stay. The staff was nice but one day my key card wouldn’t let us in the room and I called the front desk she said she will take care of it, we waited 20 minutes then I had to call again she said I had to come to the front desk which is fine but she didn’t tell me to do that 20 minutes prior it sounded like she was on her way to let us in instead. Too many stairs- run down lobby, stairs, hallway Note that there are a flight of stairs to get into the lobby entrance, then more stairs to get to the upper floors. The staircase to the third floor near the lobby is a small, narrow metal spiral staircase that makes it very difficult to maneuver with luggage.Hotel needs updating. Room cleanliness was acceptable. I would not stay here again. Have no idea how they rate this a 7.0. More like a 5.0

Owner of a restaurant I didn't get the room i reserved. They wanted to get me another room. The room was small & the smell and the steps i didn't like what so ever.

Steps to get to rooms. Lift to get up the outside steps but once you got in the door, no way to get up more steps with luggage. Stranger had to help me up stairs. No kitchen supplies in kitchenette - not even a coffee maker or bottle opener. Never any staff at desk

The check in staff was rude and criticized my appearance and demeanor. Openly speculating on the percentage chance out off one hundred as to whether i was a drug addict or just weird. In reality i was in town for a custody hearing concerning my 3 year old son whom i share with my ex wife. Its been emotional and traumatizing for all involved. Im a man but it just really hurt me to be characterized in such a way from a place of business and employees of said business without knowing me for any real length of time. I had made reservations for my stay. After a long day I was looking forward to getting some rest. I got to the hotel to find out there were no rooms available. They had sold my room to someone else. They still charged me because I did not cancel in time. I didn't want to cancel I wanted my room that they sold out from under me.
