This property is of multi use. Shelter aswell as a hotel rental. Not suitable for traveler rental. Will be highly disappointed to be in the mix with homeless shelter residents. If you are aa travelerr. Not being discriminatory. But i was not expecting what i experience.

Hallways and stairwells reeked of smoke. Seedy people hung out by the side doors and a frantic drug addict stormed into the lobby at 7:00 AM. The fire alarm was triggered (probably by someone smoking) at 8:30 PM. We went outside, no staff members to inform everyone what was going on. Everyone stayed outside for 20 minutes until alarm was turned off. "Breakfast" as stated on Expedia was non-existent. Just coffee, plain granola bars and plastic wrapped buns and muffins. My room smelled like completely cigarette smoke— though there were signs everywhere saying no smoking

We were supposed to be in a non smoking room. Not only did the room smell so strong of smoke in the room and rooms in the hallway you can smell smoke coming from them. There were people screaming and fighting in the halls, rooms and parking lot all night. In the morning the ‘breakfast’ was filthy and there were empty cases of beer stacked right outside the main entrance to the hotel. We all feel sick from sleeping in the hotel. Drove 50 miles wanted a good night rest and the staff insured on an ID. Unbeknownst to me, I never replaced my renewed drivers license with the old one and they did not want to take that as my ID. It’s still me even when it’s expired. I almost slept in my car. The staff was non cooperative and Not the slight bit empathetic about my dilema. Will never go again.

This literally was the worst hotel I’ve ever been in. The sheets with dirty the TV clocked out with my wife went up to discuss it with the front desk attendant he literally told her not his problem we had to wait until the next day in had one free day this establishment needs new management to train better staff I Told my company that I was canceling every reservation we have for this property

Deeply over priced for a room that had a broken security lock, unbelievably lumpy bed, and strong smell of cigarette smoke in our room.

The cable services were horrible, no premium channels as advertised. I spent 1 wk at the hotel with limited channels to watch. No one knocked on door to offer us fresh towels. The dryers left lint all over our clothes.
