Run don’t walk away run run run It was hideous disgusting and plain embarrassing the audacity to charge me $389 a night for that roach infested facility and have the nerve to put that type of price tag on it I will never stay at another facility with that name or in that organization it is straight garbage garbage garbage garbage

I put in for a king bed I ended up with 2 double like I was in camp

Place is a dump. Rooms are very dated. 2nd and 3rd floor and elevator smelled like pot. Dogs barking while we were trying to sleep. Way too expensive for what we got.

Disgusting place. Reaked of marijuana to vomit. Asked for a room change. The second room reaked. Old. Threadbare. Dirty. Absolutely uninhabitable. Shameful. We had are lovely cavalier dog, and we tried so hard to remove ourself. But we were stuck, as no one would take her. Do not stay here. Beware!

Do not stay here Prostitution drugs people not allowing you to get into the buikding. People apitting all over.
The room is supposed to be non-smoking. All you can smell when the AC/Heat or the bathroom fan are on is stale smoke. The surfaces (excluding door handles) are sticky. I wonder if the curtains have even been washed. Visible "debris" on the curtains. I've stayed here many times for the convenience, but this was the last time.
We called they day before and the day of to confirm our 3pm check in time, when we arrived we were told the room would not be ready until 4pm. We had our luggage with us and wanted to settle in so we accepted a Queen bed room instead of the king we had booked. The room when we walked in was disgusting. There was an odor, stains, and after sleeping in the bed we woke up with bug bites all over us. Not to mention we saw housekeeping mixing dirty sheets with cooking ware.

Unsafe and dingy The exterior and lobby of this hotel were updated and nice. The halls and rooms were very outdated. Dark and dingy. It was fine for a one night stay, however I did not feel safe at this hotel. There were crowds of routy people outside, a fight in the lobby, and at one point the police came to diffuse a situation. In the morning people lingered near the front in a very off putting way. I would spend more for a more secure feeling.
