You canceled my whole reservation and i had to pay out of pocket for a crappy hotel room.

During my stay at the extended i was placed on the 1st floor where i believe they have a rehabilitation or some sort of shelter running . respectfully and understandable. But in the lobby on the first floor was ridiculous i barely even stayed in my room untill i went to sleep . i asked for a switch due to high volume it was unavailable this isn’t my first time staying here but i can say it was my first time being unsatisfied.

Not the greatest stay Hotel staff was very friendly. Elevator was old and very noisy. Floors had a very strong odor of cooked food throughout all the floors. Carpets dingy and dirty as well as stairwells.

They put in the description "queen beds" but those beds are really twin Xl.

It was safe and staff was efficient. What I didn't like was to not have a coffee maker in the bedroom as I like to bring my own coffee to brew. They offer coffee downstairs in the morning but it was not good.

My room smelled like marajuana and the bathroom was disgusting. The beds were also super uncomfortable. Very displeased.
