Awful experience from reception to checkout

They put me in a dingy looking room with a broken dresser & dirty carpet ! It smelled like smoke and people came knocking on my door in middle of night ( they had wrong door I guess ) and woke my 4 year old son up then when we finally fall back to sleep the loud fire alarm went off because someone was cooking in another room . This was the worst stay EVER I will stick to the Hilton or Marriott next time.

my boyfriend left after this weekend with red bites all behind his legs and it itches him , there’s nothing on me but he got bit by something in the beds this weekend

very disappointed I booked a room with a queen bed and it was 2 single beds, no coffee pot or cups of ice bucket, very uncomfortable stay

I checked in and immediately checked out of this dump. Looks nice o. The outside but the room STUNK of cigarettes and there was cigarette ash in the sink. Everything about the room was disappointing and we left ASAP.
