If you don’t like sleep this is the place to stay Very thin walls, heard the other 2 rooms partying all night being super loud, called the desk they did nothing, checked out a day early

It was said that you get breakfast and the review said it had a nice selection. Coffee Tea with muffins and granola bars is not breakfast. They also don’t have an ice machine. Had to go buy a bag of ice. The shower sucked no water pressure. And there was only one outlet in the room and half of that was used for the one light I needed. I will not go back.

told to fly the coupe continued from next page...... there were a couple of fights in parking lot at night the guests next door were fighting all night cops were called finally and they were finally asked to leave and it was very expensive to bring our fur family members our whole family was going thru a lot seeing how we just lost our house due to forclosure i had gotten injured at work couldnt work and the bank wouldnt help even being a veteran got me no where with Chase so from this day forward i will not use your melvill... read more

Dirty beds the shower wasn’t working properly also had a lot of problems with the wifi

I have worked in hospitality for over 13 years and I know that sometimes there are things that are out of the staffs or managements control, but in this case cleanliness is something that you can definitely control. The entire hotel was filthy, trash in the parking lot, cigarette butts all over the front entrance, dog hair in the elevator. My room smelled like cigarette and I was in a "non-smoking" room, big red stain on the carpet and the list can go on and on. If I worked at this property I would be embarrassed. Extended Stay America from Hell I booked two rooms for two nights as the family is attending a wake/funeral. As soon as we we entered the rooms, it smelled of food. It’s like food smell we’re retained in the curtains/carpets and maybe beddings. The bathtub was cracked, phones were not working in both rooms, there were bed bugs/bugs. Towel holder in one of the rooms fell down while someone was in the bathroom. We have to checked out early as it is not a good living condition.
