Good location but really rundown hotel Booked this hotel for relatives who cannot speak English. When we checked in, I asked for a coffeemaker. Front desk said he would take it to my room. I waited for awhile then walked to front desk. He said he couldn't find a pot to go with the machine. I said never mind, just gave me 2 coffee mugs. There is no basic things in room to use. I arrived at about 9p on Aug 17th to register at the hotel and was told by the front desk person that the hotel was full and there were no rooms available. The woman acknowledged that I had prepaid for three nights but offered no assistance finding another hotel. I called Expedia and they called the woman who told them that she had turned away 22 guests with reservations. The Expedia stated the hotel had overbooked and there was nothing they could do even though I had prepaid. The Expedia rep offered to refund my payment and... read more

Never again.... Tv didn’t work

Check in was time consuming as there was only 1 clerk while others went back and forth. Pillows didn't have pillow cases, no toilet paper and the plumbing in the shower was messy with chalk and apparent water damage. This felt like a motel 6 than an upper scale hotel that I'm used to in staying, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again

Service was horrible, phone in didn’t work and when I told the staff said they knew and yet they didn’t tell me when I checked in. Requested dishes and said that they didn’t have any and would see what they could pull together. I’ve stayed at the Extended American s locations and this really bad, I would never stay here again.
