The room had No towels , no toiletries and the bed had bugs. My nephew was bitten by some bed bugs.

It is outdated, dirty, and staff in the morning was to busy talking then cleaning or keeping items up at the "breakfast ", which was a disappointing. There was dust in the room, which shows lack of cleaning or care. Elevator floor was dirty, nothing a broom would not have taken care of. We saw trash in hallway near our room when we checked in, was still there this morning. Horrible, uncomfortable beds, pillows, chairs. Absolutely nothing was comfortable at all! Towels thin, hard, useless. “Breakfast” consists of coffee and granola bars. There are no amenities in a room designed for lengthy stays. Need a glass? You have to go get it from the front desk. Carpets in the hallways are stained, smell of pot in the air, loud music... Our room was dirty and we had to move to another room. Hair all over shower bed skirt full of spit or something. Will not ever go there again

The bathroom was rather dirty and not kept up. Part of the ceiling was actually coming down. there was hair in the sink, around the toilet and in the shower.

The property was not very clean we were on the 3rd floor and the water would literally shut off for a few moments.. The bathroom door would not close all the way there was only one small round piece of soap. No ice in the bldg. It was not a good place

The outside of the hotel smelled of urine. The inside hallways were riddled with dirty dishes and pans. The floors were not vacuumed for days. The beds would roll around on the floor because they werent locked down.

Not the cleanest Carpet was dirty throughout. Fire alarm was going off & elevator was not working. Room carpet was vacuumed but stained. Halls were dark & gloomy. Bed was comfortable & bathroom/kitchen were clean
