The hotel elevators were not functioning we were told this by the pleasant attending staff on arrival. It was clear that there was understaffing problems going on as well as. The tub in the bathroom was unclean, there were not sufficient towels in the room we were told to come downstairs to pick up our towels. There were no shampoo or conditioner in the restroom or either. Overall the hotel itself appear to be unkept. This experience would have been "okay" if it weren't for the price which i did not feel the hotel deserved.

Poor Service Overall, I would not recommend a stay at this place. My friend & I decided to stay here due to proximity of being near Dodger Stadium for the World Series. There was no one at the front desk & we waited for about 10-15 minutes for the receptionist to show up. Upon checking in she mentioned TVs in the room do not work & that they have been down for over 3 weeks. 3 weeks?? No solution!! The room itself is very dated. Very dirty, very disgusting, no tv, bad smell all over the building. It’s the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.
