I wish staff would have reminded us of their amenities, such as what time breakfast was. My first room was dirty and not maintained. There was cat litter on the floor. The rack on the bathroom wall was broken and hanging, the shower head was broken, the tub was dirty, and the sealing had a hole in it. I asked for a second room. The second room Was a little better. We were asked to leave our room due to a security problem at our floor. LUCKYLY we were given a refund of one night due to the security problem, which was confirmed by Expedia.
Dissatisfied The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was made for handicap and the phone had no dial tone , and we were never told the check out time.

Good location but really rundown hotel Booked this hotel for relatives who cannot speak English. When we checked in, I asked for a coffeemaker. Front desk said he would take it to my room. I waited for awhile then walked to front desk. He said he couldn't find a pot to go with the machine. I said never mind, just gave me 2 coffee mugs. There is no basic things in room to use. I arrived at about 9p on Aug 17th to register at the hotel and was told by the front desk person that the hotel was full and there were no rooms available. The woman acknowledged that I had prepaid for three nights but offered no assistance finding another hotel. I called Expedia and they called the woman who told them that she had turned away 22 guests with reservations.
