Check in was time consuming as there was only 1 clerk while others went back and forth. Pillows didn't have pillow cases, no toilet paper and the plumbing in the shower was messy with chalk and apparent water damage. This felt like a motel 6 than an upper scale hotel that I'm used to in staying, I will not be staying at this hotel ever again

Service was horrible, phone in didn’t work and when I told the staff said they knew and yet they didn’t tell me when I checked in. Requested dishes and said that they didn’t have any and would see what they could pull together. I’ve stayed at the Extended American s locations and this really bad, I would never stay here again.

Yuck The area had a lot of drug users. The towels and bathroom were very dirty. I would not recommend nor would I stay again.

Budget Motel status It is an older looking and feeling location, the hallways smelt stall despite being non smoking. The telephone in our room did not work, at all, no dial tone. The bathroom had clear water damage and the ceiling was destroyed; needs new drywall but AT least could use bleach to remove the mildew from the ceiling. The bed was relatively comfortable but the sheets were rough.
