Reception was pretty bad

La señora que me hizo el Check-in súper mal educada y 0 amigable muy arrogante como pueden tener personal así en sus instalaciones? Queremos un lugar donde podamos tener un buen trato por qué no solo implica el que nos den una habitación si no que nuestra entra y salida del hotel sea buena y pueda llevar a una recomendación y visita futura pero de esta manera solo dan ganas de no volver nunca más que personas tan racistas y clasistas son aquí 0 estrellas al personal y a la asistente de la manager

Took picture of drivers license without approval or disclosure. Very noisy in room from freeway. Plant areas smell like urine. People partying in the parking lot drinking playing loud music. Handicapped parking spots rarely open up due to long term renters. Poor or no security around parking especially in back. Stay elsewhere

Hotel was not clean. Did not have daily service to clean room.

Friendly staff, but that’s about all it has going for it. Bed Bugs in the room, broken shower head, extremely dim hallways, bad smelling in general, walls are disgusting, stains on the mattress, weird yellow gunk on the chair in the room. Practically uninhabitable.
