Disappointed The people at corporate for Extended Stay in Monrovia/Arcadia need to tend to their locations. I came here with my husband and dog to relax, little rest was found due to the roaches crawling out of the light socket. The woman at the front was very sweet and helped us move rooms and make things right the best she could. We could tell she was overwhelmed and short staffed. It was further disturbing to find out that people are living in those conditions.
Not a good experience. Not a good experience. The room condition is different with the photo.

I was given a very nasty dirty room with food on the floor every where and they were flies flying around with a bad old food smell in the room and bed was dirty and just not clean at all

To be honest I was not going to leave a negative review only because the staff and the customer service was actually pretty good. They stay, however, or lack thereof was not. Ok so for starters, you can definitely tell that this is an older property, so it does in fact look a little run down on the outside. but whatever no big deal.
