I feel The floor was not swept nor mopped! I had a large amount of dog hair on the soles of our slippers and socks. Other than the floor the room was clean! The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I love the fact that I can cook my meals and not have to eat out and spend more money than necessary! We will be back! We enjoyed our stay!

The room was fine ... but Nobody stays here looking for perfection! It was well above any reasonable standard and well above the Extended Stay in Glendale. The front desk crews around the clock were always professional and always willing to help. The rest of the staff was always willing to help make the stay just that much better. My ONLY complaint is with the plastic key card system. The cards always demagnetized, and the locks on the back outside door, the laundry room, and my room were always tentative. I was very disappointed. We were in town for an event and needed a room for 1 night. The first room we were put in smelled like Marijuana really bad and the floors had piles of dirt. The lobby clerk quickly apologized and moved us to a different room that was much cleaner. However, after getting to the new room we found there was no shower curtain or blow dryer.
