The staff is golden.
The room was average, no grooming/hygiene products. No coffee maker. Breakfast was not specified as ON THE GO. Staff was courteous and answere a few of our questions but nothing outstanding. Not what i expected from this Hotel

Surprisingly the laundry costs for machine and dryer was a bit steep @ $5 a pop. The terminals didn’t always work so I had to leave the property to get quarters. One of the dryers didn’t work properly and after $15 my clothes were still not dry. This is only one occurrence. All washing machines were filthy. I had to clean ones I used myself. Being disabled is a chore at times. This location only has one cart for the entire building. I needed up buying a cart next door at Lowe’s for $150 so I can transport items eg clothes, food etc. to my room. Also, the washing mashines are filthy. I spent close to $30 on the washing machines to clean them before I did my laundry. Also, the bottom right dryer took $15 to get my clothes dry. I don’t want this to be a reflection on the staff as they were / are great.
