The staff is golden.
The room was average, no grooming/hygiene products. No coffee maker. Breakfast was not specified as ON THE GO. Staff was courteous and answere a few of our questions but nothing outstanding. Not what i expected from this Hotel

Price was one of the more reasonable hotels in LA but we were shocked that (1) they didn't clean daily & it seems they would charge us if we asked for it (2) the kitchenette had NOTHING & we had to make several requests for the cooking utensils, dishwashing liquid, etc & maybe they had it or maybe they didn't! (3) we had a table in the room for separate eating area but NO chairs even after we asked! Being disabled is a chore at times. This location only has one cart for the entire building. I needed up buying a cart next door at Lowe’s for $150 so I can transport items eg clothes, food etc. to my room. Also, the washing mashines are filthy. I spent close to $30 on the washing machines to clean them before I did my laundry. Also, the bottom right dryer took $15 to get my clothes dry. I don’t want this to be a reflection on the staff as they were / are great.
