Very Good, Not Great - Safe, quiet+ close to stuff It was rather confusing at the start. I called at 12 Noonto request an early check in and they said if we came by after 1 PM we would be able to check in. So we drove across town and arrived at 2:10 PM only to be told check in was 'after' 3 PM. I said I understood but had called in and spoken with the front desk. She apologized for the miscommunication, but no rooms were available. Ugh. The room was clean but the pillows (3 only) were awful and the sheets rough like sandpape... read more

Location was super close to freeways, shopping & dinning. Pretty convenient for our Universal trip. Pretty comfortable. It did say "breakfast included".. was disappointed to discover it was a breakfast bar (oatmeal, coffee & muffins) not an actual hot/cold breakfast. Our keys also stopped working. We had to get them reactivated a few times during our stay.
