Absolutely amazing people helpful and everything worked very nicely only recommendation is instructions on how to use the TV remote it was a little confusing for me
Needs updated. Staff was friendly but the hotel has seen better days.

The place was super perfect kind people there
I always enjoy my stays at ESA. I like having a kitchen and full fridge in my room.

Nothing fancy, does the job Check in was smooth. Went to to request kitchenware items. Was told would be some time. Had an issue with door, front desk staff came up and resolved. Requested kitchenware items update and was told "That's not my job". Called down after over an hr and was told "I'm alone and you would need to come down". Went down to discover is was the same front desk staff who told my husband it wasn't her job. She was a little snappy and had a lil attitude. Personally it was an uncomfortable stay. The pillows were small, fat and firm uncomfortable to use. The shower was the lowest mounted i have ever seen. I found it gross that the plastic drinking cups and kleenex were on the bar behind/over the toilet, when there is a sink and counter outside the bathroom. Need to have the elevators serviced so both work and the doors dont squeel like stuck pigs.
